How many children did both Rose and Blanche have?

It is not that clear, like it is with Dorothy's children. Dorothy had two children, Kate and Micheal.

On the show, Rose's daughters Kirsten (twice) and Bridget (once) visited. But, I think Rose mentioned other children.

For Blanche, her daughter Rebecca was on four times. The first time with a different actress, and the last three times with the same actress.

The daughter that Blanche talks the most about is Janet, but she was only on once, and that was toward the end of the series.

And in one episode when George Clooney was on, Blanche said to his character that he reminded her of her son Matthew.

Like Rose, I also think Blanche mentioned other children that did not appear on the show.

I remember Rose mentioning two other children, Adam and Janelle.

There was also an episode where Blanche mentioned three sons, Doug, Biff, and Skippy, I think.

I think Rose might've also mentioned Charlie Jr. in the Mother's Day flashback episode.
