I haven't seen my mentos commerical in forever. :( I loved that commerical and has to be my all time favorite, but I haven't seen it in months. What are some comericals you miss? -sigh-

There was a Detroit Zoo commercial that used to come on here in Michigan when I was a kid. All the animals would be running around talking and stuff. It was pretty funny and I wish they would bring it back.

The Folgers coffee ones with Rockapella in them. I remember watching one once in my mom's bedroom one night. I was sitting in the chair watching it, and I was like... "I REMEMBER THAT BLONDE GUY FROM CARMEN SANDIEGO!"

*sigh* The days of ignorance...

The sock puppet one with the slogan, Because pets can't drive. I forget the name of the company...maybe Pets.com

I haven't seen the Dumbass "Dumas" commercial for a while.
One commericial I loved & u guys probably either don't remeber or didn't like was an orange juice commercial where this mom is trying to get her kid "Billy" to drink his juice & they're sitting at the breakfast table & he won't drink it & she asks him who he'd listen to to drink his juice & Billy says, "Oh, I don't know Robert Loisha (sp?)." I can't spell this guys last name, u guys probably don't know who he is, I don't even know who he is, & it's supposed to be funny that BIlly knows who he is. Anyway, this actor Robert bursts throgh the back door & says, "Billy drink your orange juice." Billy looks all shocked & says, "Wutever u say so, Mr Loshia." & takes a big gulp of juice while mom's over there nodding & dad's looking like wtf!?! I loved that commercial & I haven't seen it in years.

Also, whatever happened to those commercials w/ all those celebrities eating that stir fry stuff??? Like Sally Jesse & Little Richard..those were funny.

Oh yeah, & I haven't seen that blue stuff commercial for a while where that old man says he just pulled his pajama bottoms down & rubbed it in! :lol:

Also I rememebr the one for Kikoman Terriaki (sp?) where that guy was sitting on top of the fruit stand? And he was like rocking back and forth, and thye showed it for a couple seconds. I LOVED that commercial!

There was a good one by Discount Tire Company. A mans says "If you are ever unsatisfied with one of our tires please feel free to bring it back" Then an old lady thows a tire though the window of the store. The last shot is broken glass on the floor the spells Discount Tire Company. I always thought it was pretty funny.

Ch-ch-ch-CHIA!!! and the Clap-On commercials! Ahh I love those ones. Also, the Christmas CD ones too. I love holiday commercials. And the old N@N commercials they used to have. And the Taco Bell ones too. *Ahh..you have cable, right?* LOl. OMG, Im a sucker for the Old Navy commercials too- back from like 98-00! I loved the jingles. Also, the new Gap commerical with that hot British guy. Havent seen it in like, a week!

There used to be a coffe comercial that went for years. It was about these two people that met because of the coffee and they ended up in a romance. If I remember correctly it ended when he proposed to her. I miss those, they were cute.

I miss pretty much all the commercials from the 70's and early 80's but now I can see those on TVland...They need to show more of those and less of the current ones. I love the "I Love New York" commercials.

Oh yeah and the Lifecall commercial.

I remember that one, the guy is Robert Loggia, he's a well known character actor. I don't think there was any inside joke, it was just funny because that was such a random name to blurt out and then the guy actually shows up. I miss the dumbass/dumas one too, that was sooo funny.

I also miss the old Tootsie Pop commercial from like 15 yrs ago, "How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop? The world may never know."

I miss Steve too... anyways I have said that many times. I miss the old taco bell commercials with the chihuhua( sp?), especially the one where he is trying to catch Godzilla in the box, and goes around saying " here leezard leezard."

-well...there's this one local commercial i havent seen forever...these 2 Spanish ladies are driving and (I think they run into something but im not sure) one lady goes "Do you have eensurance on theese car?" and the other lady "*fake gasp* nooo." Then theres a big thud and they go "EET MUST BE EAGLE MAN!" and they get out of the car and theres this huge ass eagle on the car and he goes "I've got something for yoooooou." and he lays and egg and it breaks open and the 2 Spanish ladies get a non-Spanish accent for a lil bit and they go "Oooh. Look at those loooow raaaaaaates." Ahh thats a great commercial.

I MISS KIMMIE ON THE "THICK AND RICH" MRS. BUTTERWORTH'S COMMERCIALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:crying:
