He died yesterday at age 57 of cancer. This is so awful. I'm so shocked. He was so young! Not to mention so talented...I didn't even know he was sick.

RIP Gregory Hines. :(

That's very sad.Thankfully "Lost at Home" was cancelled because the show wouldn't be able to work without him.57 is really young nowadays.

Gregory Hines was an enormous talent. I really liked him. What a shame. I didn't know he was ill. Many people decide to keep their illnesses private.
My aunt did that years ago. Only a handful of people knew that she was ill. Others were surprised at her seemingly 'sudden death'.

Wow, we've been losing a lot of celebrities this year. It's so tragic. And the fact that he was so young makes it worse.
