In the 2000's CBS launched an interesting type of reality show titled Wickedly Perfect. Hosted by Joan Lunden the show centered on contestants hoping to become interior designers and by doing interesting challenges devoted to home design helped the contestants win a prize. At the end of each episode of Wickedly Perfect a contestant was voted off. Though thought to be successful Wickedly Perfect was cancelled after the last episode due to weak ratings. But it did cause Joan Lunden to make a huge comeback to TV and as we know Joan Lunden is such a smart woman that this show was perfect for her to host
