In the episode Superfly, Lamont parodying an airline tv commercial of time with stewardess in the commercial saying "Hi, I'm Jackie. Fly me to St. louis".

When they flow to St. Louis for their uncle's funeral, the recurring Joke of Fred looking for a stewardess named Jackie somehow backfired. The stewardess Jackie turned out to be Grady's girlfriend

I bet the airline that made "Hi, I am Jackie..." commercial wasn't too thrilled with her portraying Jackie the stewardess :D

It was a spoof of the "I'm National, Fly Me" commercials for National Airlines that were airing at the time. Each commercial featured a different National Airlines flight attendant and a featured destination. National Airlines was eventually acquired by Pan Am Airlines in 1980.
