A reboot would be the same/similar concept with primarily different actors playing the roles. A revival would be having actors from the original playing the same characters. Some still get these two confused.

On that note, I'd rather see FOL revived rather than new actors in the roles.

Kim is now older than Charlotte Rae was when she was hired for "Different Strokes."

If I were in charge, I would say get the four girls back together for one twenty-some minute episode, letting the audience catch up on their lives in reaction to Mrs. Garrett's death. "The Facts of..."

They wouldn't even have to be in the same room, just chatting on a website for Eastland graduates, basically like they do now on their own Youtube channels.

Oooo, fun! I don't want any type of reboot or revival, no way. But this is a fun idea! But they should include the Lost Girls as well!! "And special guest star...MOLLY RINGWALD" :D

Agree with Kim on this.

I'm fine with cameos but I'm definitely on the side that says the show is all about four girls and Mrs. G. They'd probably have a private group on the Eastland graduates website called "Over Our Heads." If they get an email from Sue Ann or Nancy or whoever, add that but otherwise, it's just the four of them.

Since it's my fantasy, I would include one scene of the four of them in the same room. Probably the closing credits, they meet, hug, wave to the audience, then start bickering.

I was hopeful for some kind of reboot after Lisa said it was in the works, but it doesn’t sound like it’s happening.
