In case you are wondering, when MPI first released the lost episodes, some (or all of them) were released in partnership with Time Life. That’s why on many of the older Lost Episode home video releases (such as this one https://www.ebay.com/itm/265550352824?hash=item3dd408d1b8:g:K-YAAOSwjyNiSm9b) you see both the Time Life and MPI Home Video logos on the spine.
Time Life’s contract must have expired some time after. Who would have thunk it that 31 years later After this ad was made that Time Life would again release Jackie Gleason footage (Jackie Gleason Show In Color DVD Box set)?
