We all know it was below 30 but never knew exactly what the final ranking was and it turned out to be #74. A Huge drop from the Top 10 which was fake success since Three's company season already ended and it was only 6 eps

ABC destroyed the show's ratings when they moved it to late Saturday nights. It should have aired right after Threes Company.
NBC learned from this mistake in the 1990 when they had a spin off of Cosby and didn't it air right after Cosby and be a huge hit?

My opinion of the show is that the Brookes simply weren’t funny. Though they never should have moved the time slot, Jeffery, Anne, and David, were horrible. If the show got a third season, I’d have written the Brookes out and in a twist somehow make Stanley the landlord of this building. Low-class Stanley trying to be a upscale landlord would have been funny. Helen would be so embarrassed by him in her quest to climb the social ladder. Showing more of the snobby tenants would have happened, too.
