In commercials today I have noticed that today's commercials are really loud and I have never figured it out? Because when you watch a commercial break today the voices on the commercials are really low and all you hear is loud music drowning out the voices. And when you compare commercials of yesterday to today's commercials the commercials from the 80's and 90's were not so loud. My mother who dislikes loud TV in general dislikes loud commercials and to me the volume on the commercials should be lowered and something should be done about this trend. I don't recall commercials being loud in the 50's or 60's or 70's but I think they are annoying today and they should work on lowering the volume so everyone can enjoy commercials in peace
