Joseph Morgan Confirms Appearance in "Legacies" Series Finale

Actor Joseph Morgan announced via his Instagram page that he will be appearing in the last episode of The CW’s "Legacies".

Morgan also created a send off video to his character essentially saying goodbye to the role.

“Timing has always been their problem,” says showrunner Brett Matthews, who discussed the finale with Legacies creator Julie Plec. “When we began to look at this as the end of the show, we asked ourselves what the logical conclusion for their story was. Had the show continued, I’m sure it would have become a lot more complicated, and who’s to say how that would have shaken out." I would have been ok with him not appearing at all, as I thought he had the perfect send-off in The Originals. I still need to catch up with the show anyway, as I am behind terribly (I haven't seen any episodes of the new season yet).
