I'm going to be e-mailing it to them on August 15th 2002, regardless if there's enough signatures on the petition for them to even consider it. I found their website address. so it shouldn't be hard to e-mail it to them from there. As far as the petition is concerned, I think it's pretty good if there managed to be 284 signatures on the petition. I'm actually amazed that it even made it that far along.
