Great choices I love all those shows.

My So-Called Life - best TV show of all time. It's the only show I've been able to identify with 100% cos those characters are living my life (when I was 15 anyway). It has the added bonus that the teenaged characters are actually played by teenagers. One of my pet hates is 20-something actors playing teenagers (you know who I'm talking to, cast of 'Dawson's Creek'!)
Freaks and Geeks - almost as good as MSCL - it's less angsty (which is probably a good thing)and is, at times, unbelievably funny! Gets extra points for being set in 1980. Excellent soundtrack too.
Scooby-Doo - because there isn't a person alive who didn't watch this at some point in time.
The Amanda Show - cos Amanda rocks and I love the quirky, insane humour.
Daria - it got less funny as time went on but the first season was absolute classic. Jumped the shark in a big way when Daria got a boyfriend though and the spin-off movies sucked!

There's my top 5 but I think a special mention should go to The Simpsons, Malcolm In The Middle, Seinfeld, Just Shoot Me, Invader Zim, Twin Peaks and any cartoon I watched in the 80's! :D :D :D
