I was watching a rerun of the Elizabeth Banks hosted Press Your Luck on Hulu yesterday and I wondered how this version of Press Your Luck came up with the bonus round known as the Big Bucks Bonanza? Because I never recalled the original Peter Tomarken Press Your Luck or Whammy with Todd Newton having a bonus round at the end. Another thing I noticed about this bonus round is that it features personal prizes just made to suit the contestant's liking and I wonder if Elizabeth chooses these prizes for the contestant herself? Because some of the prizes chosen for personal prizes seems cool but some prizes seem odd. Like free Burger King or Wendy's for a year or Billy Joel concert tickets to even a San Diego Zoo safari trip and a Disneyland vacation for the family. I thought the Big Bucks Bonanza round was amazing but do you think any contestant will win the million dollar prize on Press Your Luck?
