To honor the release of the newest Jurassic World movie debuting June 10th. Carl's Jr has just released a menu inspired by the movie called the Primal Menu and the crowning glory of this menu is the Primal Thickburger and Mom had a chance to try it and loved it and there is also a Primal Breakfast Menu too. Also Carl's Jr. has also released collector cups that feature scenes from the newest Jurassic World movie but so far the only cup they had was the Blue cup. I think judging by the success of the film Carl's Jr will make lots of money from this movie

Hi, Bestie! I tried the Primal Thickburger and it is great! It has roast beef and hamburger. Only thing is I should have asked for extra sauce. I went large on it, soI got the collectors cup too. It had Blue, Owen's dinosaur on it. It is a good, but pricey burger.

Out East here, they are called Hardees, but yes, I got a couple of the Primal thick burgers last Friday, and really enjoyed them,

I'm a little "on the fence" about putting breaded onion rings on a sandwich. It didn't ruin anything....but it forced me to ponder why anyone would think "oh hey, lets toss a couple of these on here, for the ultimate sandwich"

I bought 4 of their blueberry and lemon cheescake hot pies to go with it, and got so full on those sandwiches that I forgot all about the pies.

Had them for breakfast the next morning. They made a great breakfast

Sounds interesting I guess, but too much meat for my digestive system. I like Carl's though.

On the down side, this is another one of those "bait and switch" advertising gimmicks where in the TV ads and on the menus in the stores, they make the sandwich look like a prime rib steak sandwich with a beef patty added....where in reality the sandwich they end up serving you is more like a large ground beef patty with 4 strips of roast beef each about the size of a slice of bacon on it.

Still a good sandwich, but I think we allow these restaurants too much leeway in advertising something they have no intention of providing. Makes me want to take monopoly money along to pay for it, just so I can say "now you know how it feels" etc
