Why doesn't anyone show Mr. Ed any more. Anyone know if there are any plans for TVLand to show it? Is it on some channel I might not have? Does it air on any local stations. I loved this show when I was a kid and I would love to see it again.

Mister Ed is currently not being shown on any station as far as I know. TV Land aired it from 1996-1998, when the contract expired.

BTW this will be moved to the Mister Ed board. There is one, in case you didn't know.

I didn't get it until fall of 2000. By that time, all the great shows (unedited) were gone.

When I was little, I used to watch the show when it aired on Nick at Nite. Their line up back then was the best (with Get Smart, Mork and Mindy, The Lucy Show) and will never be as good again, especially with their line-up of too recent TV shows.

I think this show would be perfect for The Hallmark Channel along with "Green Acres".
