I wonder when her alleged "car accident" (which required her to get extensive reconstructive surgery on her face) happened. I feel kind of horrible saying this (because I doubt that Rose herself would want to hear it) but she looks so much better with long, wavy, dark hair than her preferred buzzcut in recent times.
