For now anyway, Quantum Leap gets all day marathons Fridays on Syfy going into Saturday. Next weekend it ends at 2PM Saturday, today it ended at 11:15AM.

Grrr! Next Friday is the last of the Quantum Leap marathons when it will go to the series finale, the following week is Warehouse 13. So because the blog didn't cover it, I missed out on the pilot and early seasons.

It's gone from SYFY's schedule as well and it can now only be seen on COMET.

Starting on Friday, September 9, Quantum Leap will be returning to SYFY's lineup where they are beginning with the series premiere.

It will be nice to finally see the pilot. First airing is 6-8AM, with a primetime encore from 8-10PM. I had been planning on watching the College Bowl season premiere live but that will get pushed to on demand now as I am unlikely to see the 6AM Quantum Leap airing. It is an all day marathon with episodes this time starting on the hour and skipping all through the seasons, only break is at 11PM for a Resident Alien repeat.
