When I was little stuff like that used to happen to me. Everything would be very slow. And I would feel like that moment wasnt even happening. Everything would look kinda blurry and stuff. Also with the dizzy and lost vision thing, I used to get that all the time (not to the point of fainting or anything) because of low blood pressure. It also tends to happen when you're lying down watching the TV on one side of your body, and then suddenly decide to get up... But see a doctor to be on the safe side.
