I changed the cast a little.

The Jagerson's consist of Grandma Emma (Pete's mom),
Pete (the dad), Mary (the mom), Andrew (child who's 10),
Kim (child who's 7), Aunt Julie Cummings (Mary's sister),
Grandpa John (Pete's dad), Zach Cummings (Julie's son who's 2) and Grandma Lillian Baker (Mary & Julie's mom).

1.1 "Julie And Zach Move In" pt. 1

the phone rings.

Mary says "Hello."

Julie says "it's Julie and I need a place to stay because Joe died."

Mary says "You can move in with us, if you want?"

Julie says "oh I'd love too."

Mary says "We'll come on over as soon as possible."

They both say "bye."

Mary says "Pete we may have company for awhile."

Pete says "who?" "your mother?"

Mary: "no not my mom, my sister."

Pete: "Julie?"

Mary: "yep."

ring, ring.

Andrew: "I'll get the door."

Andrew: "Hi, Aunt Julie and Zach."

How did you like it so far?

Well, just my opinion, but the thing about 'Joe' dying or whoever was kind've fast, I mean, if that person had died (her husband..?), wouldn't she be a little more emotional, and if the other lady was her sister, wouldn't she react with a "Oh, Julie!" or something?
Also, Julie and Zach/Zack (SP?) arrived at the house awful quick, unless they lived like two feet away and were packed and ready to go, I highly doubt they could get there that fast..
