I recently watched this episode from season 4 again, and I think the actress who portrayed the teenaged Eunice(Heather Kerr) really deserves some praise for her characterization.

She was in the unenviable task of playing a character created and formed by Carol Burnett after all, and I think the way she gets Eunice's various nuances down almost exactly as Carol did is simply amazing!

She did seem to emphasize Eunice's overly-dramatic vocalizations, almost to an annoying degree. But if you think about it, teenagers ARE overly-dramatic sometimes and I can definitely see Eunice being that way as a teenager.

She must have studied Carol's portrayal of Eunice very diligently.

I liked the episode because it's probably the closest we will ever see of Eunice and SYNIDCATED Mama interacting, and how Eunice would have fit into a syndicated episode. All of the characters' personalities were different, many of them were over the top and cartoony in the syndicated episodes, so it makes sense that Eunice might be self-satired in a syndicated episode

I agree. She did an amazing job. The little Eunice in season 2 (Mamas Birthday) also did an incredible job for such a young girl.

Yes- she captured Eunice's essence quite well.

The episode with little Eunice was hysterical. Tanya Fenmore did a great job.

Heather Kerr as teen Eunice was good too.
