The very first episode of Married with Children was originally aired with different actors. Tina Caspary played Kelly and Hunter Carson played Bud. The producers weren't happy with those actors. They reconsidered the casting so they finally chose Christina Applegate to play Kelly and David Faustino to play Bud. So the Pilot Episode got reshot with Christina Applegate and David Faustino.

Nope it has never been released on DVD. I know on youtube there were parts of the episode on there.
