:lightb: I think I can answer this. In my opinion on why Diane wasn't Diane to the full potential is because she conceived Sam's child back in 87. If you remember the end of A House Is Not A Home... Could it be the answer to that question? Just pondering.

Diane never conceived sam's child. could you clarify this for us?

I know it never happened but what I mean is that it could've and she never mentioned it. Hey. You never know but I can dream she had one and it is Sam's. Can't I?

Im confused too. Forget the ridiculous claim of Diane having Sam's baby. What does any of this have to do with the last episode, either "I Do, Adieu" or "One For the Road"?
