I saw the same guy who played the con man who enjoyed teasing the cops and making fake documents, and he was also in the segment as the killer hitchhiker (Donald Smith case)that killed the guy who went to see his daughter and stole his truck.. I saw again today in the CW Roddy segment. Had anyone been in 3 different segments before?

You are correct. Nice catch. I'm not sure, but I think the guy who played Brad Bishop was in two other segments. I'm certain he was in the one about Curt Borton segment and think he played a police officer in another. There are more in this (https://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showthread.php?t=361998) thread.
