As usual I watched Happy Days before I went to bed and it happened to be Passages Part 1. Chachi said that they sat on the couch together when he was 12 but didn't he first appear when he was 14? As usual I probably heard something wrong but I'm pretty sure when the series ended that he was around the same age as Joanie. But anywho I don't know if it was just me but I had some brain sparkage for once. Nice to know I'm not a baked potato.

Actually, at the end of Passages Pt. 2 (during the flashback sequence) they actually show the scene of Joanie and Chachi first sitting on the couch together. That happened during Season 5 of Happy Days, and since Chachi is supposed to be 20 during Passages Pts. 1-2 he would have had to be 14 at the time. I guess he was just misremembering when he said he was 12.

Not only that but I'm pretty sure that Chachi was actually younger than Joanie in the beginning by like a couple of years. I don't remember any concrete evidence to support that but I do remember Joanie always calling him squirt and stuff. And he did look younger than her. Then like 2 years later he grew like a foot and a half and she lost about 10 lbs. (did anyone else notice Joanie's constant weight shift? When they were doing JLC she looked good and then the following season she looked almost anorexic!) and suddenly they were the same age. Hmmm...

Yay I got something right. I do think he was younger than her but I don't think by that much. Maybe at the most a few months.
The writers are confusing me. Because I have alot more questions that need to be answered
