Personally, I've been working and aware of this issue since 1991 and finally got my issue "fixed" in 2002....so I could write my own book on this little gland that controls so much. And males are not exempt.

Thought about this as I am forever hearing about sleep problems/issues on my other groups....Millions have issues and know that a dsyfunctional thyroid has a lot to do with this horrible issue. I get a quality 8-10 hrs nightly.
