Interesting article!

I rarely drink coffee but lift weights regularly which is the greatest exercise you can do BY FAR! It not only builds muscle & burns fat but it also strengthens your heart!

I used to run regularly but it does NOTHING for your upper body & can turn you into a toothpick! Weightlifting/Powerlifting is the greatest because it covers your ENTIRE body.

I lifted light weights for some years but don't now, I ended up with damage from all the exercise weight lifting world, good to do everything in moderation...nothing worse than a muscle bound looking body in my eyes.
Toned body looks good.

Personally, I've put together heart rate, oxygen levels and blood pressure issues with emotions, thoughts, words, dreams ... so much can effect these and more so older folks but younger folks have heart issues too


Always good to keep good thoughts and good/ kind words...it's gotten more difficult in the last couple yrs but keep an awareness......

Our heart is the boss.


Also I know I posted about Immune System and it's in Archives.....good to refresh yourselves on this one too. People continue to report more and more sicknesses.
