Bure, a fixture on Hallmark since 2008, will develop, produce and star in movies and television across GAC Family and GAC Living while also overseeing programming for the networks as a whole with an executive role. Bure follows in the footsteps of past Hallmark star Danica McKellar. “I’m very excited to develop heartwarming family and faith-filled programming and make the kind of stories my family and I love to watch,” Bure said in a statement. “I am constantly looking for ways that I can inspire people to live life with purpose. GAC fits my brand perfectly; we share a vision of creating compelling wholesome content for an audience who wants to watch programming for and with the whole family. Great, quality entertainment with a positive message is what my partnership with GAC is all about!”

I can't help but wonder what made her leave the Hallmark network after so many years. I can only think of one thing. She and someone else in the picture do not see eye to eye on something that is important enough to the both of them.

God bless you and Candace always!!!

Holly

P.S. Will her Hallmark programs still be shown?

Candace is not just acting in GAC Family movies. She is the Chief Content Officer for the network. She might be a devout Christian, but she is also a shrewd businesswoman. The negative publicity she’s been receiving may actually be good for her “brand”.
