Wass, who played single father Nick Russo on the 1991-1995 NBC comedy Blossom, will guest on the Fox comedy as Kat’s deceased dad in a dream sequence.

I don't know what our age difference is. I'm 40. Even though The Big Bang Theory is much more popular than Blossom, and Mayim appeared on it longer than on her own series, I still refer to her as Blossom. "Blossom is on The Big Bang Theory" or "Blossom's hosting Jeopardy", etc. LOL

I think after Blossom ended on 1995 (it aired on Monday nights right after The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air), I think it was in reruns very minimally over the years. So, it's not as popular as I think it should be.
