Dear Bob Chapek,

I have a proposal for The Walt Disney Company: to make a deal with Jack Chertok Estates for Disney to purchase FULL ownership (including Distribution Rights under its 20th Television banner) of the hit '60s Sci-Fi sitcom classic "My Favorite Martian," with Disney owning all 107 half-hour episodes of the series as well as its short-lived Saturday-morning Spin-Off Cartoon "My Favorite Martians."

As part of Disney's ownership of "My Favorite Martian" (excluding the 1999 film remake with Jeff Daniels & Christopher Lloyd, which Disney produced and already owns), the Studio shall release the entire original series for the first-time EVER on Blu Ray (as 20th Century Studios Home Entertainment), lovingly Restored AND Remastered, as well as 100% Complete, 100% Uncut, AND 100% Unedited, just the way each episode originally aired on the CBS Television Network for 3 seasons from September 29, 1963 - May 1, 1966; included as part of the Complete Series Blu Ray of "My Favorite Martian" shall be the Saturday-morning aforementioned Cartoon "My Favorite Martians."

Created by Jack Chertok, with a Pilot Script written for him by John Greene, "My Favorite Martian" starred Ray Walston as a Martian who fell to Earth, much to the sight of newspaper Journalist Tim O'Hara (Bill Bixby), who took him in and passed him off as his unofficially adopted "Uncle Martin."

Seasons 1 and 2 of "My Favorite Martian" were filmed in Black & White, after which the series transitioned to filming in Color for Season 3, its final season.

The series, appropriately enough, is slated to find a new home on Antenna TV, where it will air weekdays at 12 P.M. ET starting on May 2, 2022.

Tentatively, Disney shall purchase full ownership of "My Favorite Martian" for I'd estimate $1 million from the Jack Chertok Estates, with the sale finalized on Monday, August 1, 2022.

Sincerely,
Steve Arino
