I was reading Regina King's credits on some website that I was on and saw how many well-received movies she has been in. It sounds like she has done alot since she was "Brenda". Has anyone seen her work in these movies and did you like her?
I always liked her character in 227.

Regina King is a cutie & i've seen her in the movies Boyz N The Hood, Higher Learning, Friday, Enemy Of The State with Will Smith, Jerry Maguire with Cuba Gooding Jr, Thin Line Between Love & Hate with Martin Lawrence. I didn't see her in the cornball movie Down To Earth with Chris Rock.

I saw Down To Earth & it wasn't that bad so i take that back about i think it's corny. I saw Regina in a new movie this past weekend called Truth Be Told with Blair Underwood & Craig Sheffer. The movie came straight to video recently. It's a very good movie. Ya'll gotta check it out. It's about police corruption.

yeah, i am a huge fan of regina king. she's my favorite actress. i have every movie she's been in. i brought truth be told last tuesday and its real good. its the first movie she had a lead role in. she need to get more lead roles. my favorite movie with her is poetic justice and jerry maguire. all the others were very good though.

I like her in Poetic Justice...so much different than the character of "Brenda!":)

Oh and her sister was in What's Happening Now when she was a lot younger.I forget the characters name...

I saw Regina in Ray Charles movie this past weekend & she did a very good job in it as usual. Regina is a great actress. She was one of Ray's mistresses in the movie & she also sang background on his songs. She sang a duet with him on the song Hit The Road Jack.

Hey,how was "Ray" anyway? I want to see it,but I'll have to wait till it comes out on dvd.(can't fit movies in my budget,these days)

Ray is a very good movie. Regina is on the cover of black magazine Essence this month with Jamie Foxx & Kerry Washington.

I liked her on 227, and I'm a fan of her movies. She was great in Jerry Maguire. :)

Regina is gonna be in new movie Miss Congeniality 2 with Sandra Bullock & Ernie Hudson. I saw previews for it this week. She plays a cop.

yeah, i cant wait til the 25th come. i am so happy we will be out of school for good friday. i will go c it at the 12:30 showing cuz i want 2 c guess who with bernie mac also and i will go c that later that night.
