I was just watching "Draw Me a Pear" (season 5, episode 6), where Rob paints a picture of Laura in art class.
I've always thought this picture (caricature, really) looks a lot like Mary Tyler Moore, but not as she was on this show. The painting looks a lot like her when she was older.
