I wonder if Patti would have become an important character in eighties TV. No doubt LS would have done an AIDS scare VSE with the antagonist not only saying Sidney has AIDS but that he “deliberately” tried to infect young Patti. Remember this would be the same period as the hysteria surrounding Eve van Grafhorst.
