Some are OK as I have worked with foods and fatigue and I avoid bananas (high sugar and too heavy)

Oatmeal is no longer in my foods that I consume...too heavy and many report that it contains gluten, which I work on avoiding.

Avocados are high in potassium and I usually eat 2-3 avocados per week.

Low sodium V8 is high in potassium and talk about a nice lift from a glass of this V8.

The Dr. told me to eat bananas but avoid ones that are too ripe, that is where the higher content of sugar comes in according to him ! ;)

Low energy can be Low Potassium. Low Energy can lead to depression.

Here is an RDA guideline for Potassium, great if one can get enough in foods.

https://healthyeating.sfgate.com/rda-guidelines-potassium-3894.html

RDA Guidelines
Recommended dietary allowance guidelines vary depending on age. Infants from 0 to 6 months old should receive 400 milligrams daily, and those from 7 to 12 months old need 700 milligrams. The RDA for children from 1 to 3 years old is 3,000 milligrams each day, those from 4 to 8 years old warrant 3,800 milligrams and those from 9 to 13 years old need 4,500 milligrams. Children older than 13 and adults should get 4,700 milligrams per day, except for lactating women, who require 5,100 milligrams.

A banana has about 100mg or so. I don't care to bulk up on this fruit. I use to eat them but don't nowadays.

A good size avocado can have about 700 mg of potassium and I like avocados...

So be aware of the potassium and your foods...

I've stopped eating cereals and questioned the cheerios for blood pressure...
First thing that came to my mind is "push to sell cheerios"...
