There is an episode in season 2 called "Lady & The Tramps" where Stephanie runs off during a snowstorm and ends up at Larry, Darryl, & Darryl's cabin.

At the beginning of this episode Dick and Joanna are complaining about some guests who are accidentally breaking things in the Inn and hoping they never come back.

My son and I have a theory that these guests weren't "just clumsy," but were equipped with super-human strength that maybe they didn't even realize they had, and it just seemed because of that strength they came across as "clumsy."

I mean, the guy did slip down the stairs. That was clumsy. But in getting himself up again he grabs on to the stair railing and effortlessly pulls it off.
Then on the way out the door, he once again effortlessly pulls off the door latch handle, which wouldn't have been an easy feat for someone who was just clumsy. I imagine with the damages they did to the room as stated when they were checking out, including the sink, that the real culprit was not just simple clumsiness, but was - at least in the guys' case because we never see the wife break anything - because of super-human strength.

I hope when he figured this out that he used it for good. :)

Well, his eyes didn't turn white and he didn't get angry(he was actually a pretty genial guy) but I get your point.:)

I'm thinking he was more like Bruce Willis' character in the movie "Unbreakable," where he played a guy who didn't even know he had a superpower.
