As of this post:

Police Woman (1974-78) has the Oldest Entire Cast that are alive today.
Angie Dickinson (90), Earl Holliman (93), Ed Bernard (82) and Charles Dierkop (85).

Does anybody know the second, third, fourth shows etc....?

I think TJ Hooker and CHiPs would be second and third. Does anybody else have any idea?

It's odd you should pick this day (3-20-22) for this post, here is a post of mine in the Please Don't Eat The Daisies Forum on 3-20-21 concerning the passing of Kim Tyler:

Very sad news. "Please Don't Eat The Daisies" was the oldest sitcom with all the main cast members still alive. I guess the torch is passed to "The Smothers Brothers Show" which premiered three days after "Please Don't Eat The Daisies".

The Smothers Brothers Show was a half hour sitcom, Tom played an angel who comes back to help his brother. Tom and Dick were the only two regulars, there were 32 episodes. It ran on CBS during the 1965-66 TV season.

Yeah that was just an eerie coincidence. Thanks for letting me know about this though.
