I was looking for something to watch and decided out of curiosity to watch The Goldbergs. I did watch the show for about two seasons when it was first on and it was kind of humourous. Not really that original, a family comedy with an overbearing mother, a loud father and three kids of various quirks. I liked the grandfather played by George Segal. Probably Segal and Jeff Garlin were the ones who kept me as interested in the show as I was.

I was just interested in what the kids look like. The youngest kid who is the central character GREW UP. He's now a MAN. The show sort of revolved around this kid because he was young, cute and precosious. Now he is ready to join the Marines or a college fraternity.

Oddly though, the brother looks exactly like he did in the beginning. He hasnt changed at all. Its like the little brother went from elementary school to college while he is still in high school. The actress who plays the daughter has matured but is still beautiful. This was the episode when the daughter was getting married.

I only watched about ten minutes of it and turned it off. The daughter was getting married and the mother, who needs to be on Adderall was cringingly running the whole wedding like a Broadway production, while the father was still sitting in his Lazy Boy chair, humourously annoyed. Jeff Garlin is about the only bright spot here.

The show hasnt changed since it began except the kids grew up and the grandfather died.
