I heard that Disney is doing a remake of Cheaper By The Dozen and it's gonna be a Disney+ exclusive. Why did they choose to remake this movie when it's gonna be the third remake of this movie? Because when Steve Martin starred in the Cheaper By The Dozen remake it was such a hit that Cheaper By The Dozen II debuted. I understand that it was based on an old movie of the same name and the old version's sequel was called Belles On Their Toes. Why can't Disney remake a classic movie like Yours Mine And Ours or some other movie?

I just saw the trailer. I don't understand why this movie keeps getting remade. And it's so different than the original book that the only thing left is the title.
