Jim and Pam's wedding dance scene is based on a real couple's wedding
In Season 6, Episodes 4 and 5, fans are treated to Jim and Pam's wedding. A plethora of disasters and mishaps occur as the countdown to their wedding dwindles down, but ultimately the two are married. At the end of the wedding, a sequence that is probably very familiar to fans begins: A montage of the couple's wedding adventure as well as the show's characters dancing down the aisle plays to "Forever" by Chris Brown. This very scene was actually inspired by a real life couple's wedding.

This video would eventually be turned into the iconic scene (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ryxUeWEcUqE&t=4s) on "The Office." According to Minnesota New Country (https://minnesotasnewcountry.com/an-iconic-scene-from-the-office-is-based-on-a-real-minnesota-couples-wedding/), this video was originally uploaded by Kevin Heinz and Jillian Peterson for those who could not be in attendance at their wedding, but unexpectedly the video became a viral sensation. The video became so huge that the couple was even flown out to be featured on "The Today Show."
