Monday - I enjoyed some blueberry porridge with chopped banana and raisins, I put some coconut milk and sesame milk in there.

When you say "porridge", are you talking like "oatmeal"?

Today I had Steak and Eggs Jimmy Dean breakfast bowl with (fresh) chopped onion, celery, and mushrooms added, and then topped with a thick gooey layer of melted white cheddar cheese.

porridge is basically oatmeal cooked in some liquid, I typically use coconut milk
