Pamela Huntington (aka Monica #1/Prototype Monica) was in this classic 1970s commercial. PS. Molly would have been proud of the theme song.

Prototype Monica was quite the sex symbol in that ad!
Retroist has an article (https://retroist.com/cause-im-a-woman-enjoli/). At the time, feminists felt the ad was demeaning: a "flesh parade", as Molly would call it. Apparently, Enjoli perfume is no longer manufactured, and bottles now sell on websites for over 100 bucks!

Perhaps her biggest role ever in the 1981 movie Force Five.

1973! Blair would have only been about 8 years old at the time.
I honestly don't know what "That's Western Union toll free" means. They had a toll-free number, but why mention the phone company?

Maybe it's because 800 numbers were still a relatively "new-fangled" thing (https://www.ringcentral.com/us/en/blog/the-history-of-800-numbers/)? lol. Perhaps Florsheim wanted to ease the public's mind that the phone number was legitimately free, boosting confidence in at-home shoppers and thereby gaining more sales?
Nancy: "I don't know, Blair. '800'? That sounds like a really long-distance area code. I think we should ask Mrs. Garrett."
Blair: "You simp! '800' means it's free! I know all about it. My mother's dating the president of AT&T."
