A debate has erupted it on Twitter with a user asking other people whether they think they are more doors or wheels in total in the world.

“My mates and I are having the STUPIDEST debate … And I am here for it,” was tweeted. “Do you think there are more doors or wheels in the world?”

Out of 223,347 votes, 46.4% of people voted for more doors while 53.6% picked wheels.

I'm also gonna vote on wheels. You figure people are always getting new tire wheels for their cars, there are plenty of wheelchairs in the world, there's bicycles, wagons, gardening wheelbarrows, etc.

There are definitely more wheels. Doors are often reused, while wheels (like tires) wear down and are replaced.

Even the most primitive societies will have one door (for a hut or shack), but likely multiple wheels (for a wheelbarrow, bike, or rickshaw).
