Has anyone ever seen the episode "Kids Can Be Cruel?" I know it's coming up on Hallmark, but I don't recall having seen this episode. If you've seen it, what's it about and is it any good? Thanks!:wave:

IMO, this episode is terrific, but, it might just be me...

In "Kids Can Be Cruel," if I'm thinking of the right episode, the girls write in a "slambook" which is basically where, students each have a page and people can write down anything they want on that page...on kid, carl, I believe well they call him Rocky or somethign like that because of his complexion...anyway, there's also a dinner auction and each of the girls make a dinner and the guys bid on it...Carl buys Blair's dinner...Blair throws a fit, gets a lecture from Mrs. G and ends up eating with him and finds out he's not that bad after all...

Anyone else who's seen the episode, is that the right one?

Yeah, it's a pretty good episode IMO.

This is one of my favorite episodes!! Blair had arranged for a guy named Dink to buy her dinner but in revenge for Blair telling Natalie's crush Tim that she wrote the really nice things about him in the slambook, Natalie impersonates Blair on the phone and arranges for Carl to buy Blair's dinner.

I remember this episode but I do not remember the name of the boy being Carl. In the episode called "Who Am I?" Tootie's dance partner is named Carl. I guess that the people who made this series really like the name Carl!

Yes they must have. In Kids Can Be Cruel Carl was nick named Rocky because of his complexion and often referred to as Rocky so maybe that's why you didn't realize his first name was Carl.
