Lisa with Geri Jewell at Lisa's first wedding in 1988. Just a few months after Facts of Life ended. I think Geri was in Lisa's wedding party as a Bridesmaid.

Nice find!

I knew Geri and Lisa had remained friends; didn't know she was a bridesmaid.

I wonder if Miss Jewell her friendship fared during Miss Whelchel's first marriage and did she get an invite to Miss Whelchel's 2nd wedding?

I think Lisa had a virtual wedding for her second marriage because of COVID. Don't know if they had a traditional ceremony yet. Geri and Lisa remain close. They appeared together two years ago on Lisa's show "Collector's Call" when they featured the collections that Charlotte Rae had from all her years on TV, including Facts of Life.

Were the other gals and Mrs. G at that fist wedding, too?

Some research indicates that Nancy, Kim, Mindy, and Geri were bridesmaids in Lisa's 1988 wedding.

There was an article in the Washington Post (https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/lifestyle/tv/1988/06/05/facing-the-facts-of-life-after-the-series-what-now/28d21cc0-ae8f-423e-990f-7acac7855853/), though there was no mention of Geri in that article. Geri does confirm in her book that she was a bridesmaid. Mindy even threw the wedding shower, according to the WP. (What is odd is that a few years later, when asked about their friendship, Mindy would only say, "We were friendly").

"Do you, Lisa 'Blair Warner' Welchel, take this guy to be your lawfully wedded husband, promise to love and cherish him in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, for richer for poorer, for better for worse, and forsaking all others, keeping yourself only unto him, for so long as you both shall live? If 'yes,' please check 'I Do' and click 'Submit'."

There’s also a picture somewhere out there of the three girls as bridesmaids to LW.

I haven't found one yet (but I don't doubt there are wedding photos).

If anyone finds photos, please post them here. We need to gush over Blair's first wedding!

In a perfect world, Molly would've "clicked that shutter" and gotten some great ones!

I remember Molly saying in an interview that when she was younger, she would pretend to photograph her older sister who would flip her hair and Molly had a toy camera. It reminded me of the scene in Running when Molly was photographing Blair.
