Summary
One in this series of comedy/variety programs with rotating hosts. Highlights include: guest host Jackie Gleason opens with a monologue; Rose Marie sings "Cryin' My Heart Out For You"; Gleason and Marie perform a Vaudeville song and dance routine; Gleason appears in a sketch as "The Poor Soul" in Central Park; Gleason portrays a man coming home after being fired from his job; Johnny Johnston sings a medley from "Guys and Dolls"; and Gleason, playing Reginald Van Gleason III, appears with Art Carney in a sketch about Reggie's return from the army.
