It was said that it was on Roku TV but I couldnt find it

Looks like you can only watch it on Roku via purchasing/rental at Amazon Prime and Apple TV (and for season 1, Vudu/Fandango).

If Warner Bros. Entertainment owns the show, why not have it on HBO Max? At least one top streaming outlet should carry it.
