On-set during production of the 100th episode (https://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/os-xpm-1989-02-23-8902250029-story.html) of The New Leave it to Beaver (https://books.google.com/books?id=nPBZg-RCvXsC&pg=PA261&lpg=PA261&dq=the+new+leave+it+to+beaver+tbs+superstation+1989&source=bl&ots=GvjBt7MbPs&sig=ACfU3U1hhTnZP8rXJqnXDWOJN9ZxnBaEbA&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiJrujXmej1AhVHkmoFHW2YAZoQ6AF6BAgREAM#v=onepage&q=the%20new%20leave%20it%20to%20beaver%20tbs%20superstation%201989&f=false) episode Short Cuts, directed by Jerry Mathers in March or April 1989 (premiered on TBS Superstation May 7, 1989), plus interviews with the primary adult cast members in the parking garage outside Stage 21 at the then-new Universal Studios Florida (https://moviechat.org/tt0088616/Still-the-Beaver/58c737c05ec57f0478fbe8a1/I-worked-on-this-show-in-1989) (including Tony Dow).

Learned and confirmed in TV 43 on-set video (during production of Short Cuts episode in March 1989, which debuted May 7, 1989):

Barbara Billingsley says series creator/Exec Producer Brian Levant says they will have produced 104 when done (meaning there are three or four more episodes to shoot after Short Cuts -- four more episodes premiered after Short Cuts, including two-part series finale; there were 101 original episodes total – so, must be counting the original CBS pilot movie as three episodes for syndicated reruns)
Actors went to start shooting final 19 episodes in Florida in October 1988
episodes produced a couple months in advance of air date, not just a couple weeks
at least the last five episodes seem to have been broadcast in the order they were filmed/produced
All primary actors said they wanted a series renewal of 26 new episodes - that decision apparently not made yet in March 1989
Barbara says they were staying in apartments in Windermere (presumably Buena Vista Palace Apartments)
Tony Dow bought home in Florida
Tony's mother lived on Catalina Island off coast of Los Angeles
