Four episodes of the syndicated edited versions of Jackie Gleason’s American Scene Magazine are currently showing on the TUBI streaming service.
They appear to be a mix of the New York & Miami shows. Sid Fields, Barbera Heller, and Frank Fontaine are featured. The prints look ok.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
They look cleaner than what's on my dvd sets, even with some tape glitches evident. Went ahead and d/l'd all four and I hope they put up more. Maybe even switch to the hour-long versions.. someday?!!
Must.. have.. more!!!

I’d be happy with cleaner/clearer versions of the syndicated series. I imagine Tubi must be trying these out to see if there is interest.

If by some miracle, TUBI gets the rights to all the Jackie Gleason Shows from 1962-1970, for everyone’s sakes who wants to see these shows again, RECORD them. Especially if by some miracle they show Incredible World of Ed Norton.

There's interest from me, I tell 'ya that!
I notice they've left in the 20th Television logo with the (I think it's almost, but not quite) 70's fanfare like what was on MASH, but the circular Paul Brownstein logo isn't there. So has someone else obtained distribution rights?
If I remember right, one of the Color Honeymooners sets came with an MPI catalog that teased American Scene as "Coming Soon" and I was ecstatic, thinking they were going to follow up the Honeymooners sets and specials with these. That never happened but at least we got the missing Xmas show last year.
Now, we get streaming specials and American Scene. I say keep 'em coming!

I am going to laugh if the prints came from WWOR (complete with announcers yakking over the end credits).

Nope. No "Harness Racing from Yonkers" v/o. Just the same repeated curtain call with the Joe The Bartender getup, clean music bed and 20th Television Logo:

I think if “The Secret World of Ed Norton” is in the Gleason vaults, I think it’s never going to be released. From what little information/description of it, it sounds like such a trainwreck that airing it would be a embarrassment to Carney and Gleason. I think that’s why it was pulled from the original episode and replaced by guests and sketches from previous shows. Also, it could be some of the original video elements have not survived as well as others. The Time Life booklet included with the DVD’s mentions a few 1960’s shows that are lost due to time and decomposition. Has anyone looked to the Paley Media Center in NYC for the sketch? They have some rare sketches and shows of Gleason’s that have never been “officially” released.

I contacted someone and he says that they don’t have it.

I contacted TUBI yesterday in regards to more episodes. This was their response.
"Hi Frank,
Thanks for contacting us! Unfortunately, we were only able to procure these limited episodes from our content partner at this time. I know it can be frustrating to start a series and not be able to finish it all in one place, and I apologize for this experience.
I've made note of your request for more episodes of "Best of the Jackie Gleason Show" and hopefully we can get those on Tubi in the near future.
Regards,
Charlee

Not good news for those people who want to see the "Incredible World of Ed Norton" sketch.
