Full House was originally going to debut with a love-themed marathon of episodes the day before Valentine's Day. I was going to post about it but then with Saget's death, I decided to hold off to see if they decided to do something else in his memory.

Glad someone picked up Full House! Thank you Me TV for the Bob Saget detication Marathon as well.


I have to ask why isn’t there a Dwyane Hickman Marathon for The Many Loves Of Dobbie Gillis? The Many Loves Of Dobbie Gillis should be added to Me TV’s line up airring WeekNights back to back episodes at 10pm! That’s my suggestion.

Another update, starting this weekend, Full House will be on every Sunday for two hours starting at 2PM Eastern, replacing Gilligan's Island, which will no longer be on the schedule, at least for now.

Gillgan Island be back on the Schedule in Late Febuary and the Sunday Schedule is in a flux untill the official Launch of Full House on Feb 20 it just got bump up for the tribute

I don't believe that is part of the Full House package and not really related outside of being produced by the same studio unlike the Brady movies.

No Golden Girls is a Disney show and they only deal with Laff plus Golden girls is on other cable channels like Hallmark and Tvland

To Grandmothers House We Go Directed By Jeff Franklin. It starred Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen and had appearances by Bob Saget & Lori Loughlin, Candace Cameron Bure.

It would be nice if they could get the other TGIF shows Perfect Strangers, Family Matters, and Step by Step and air them with Full House as well. Sure would be nice if they would change up the weeknight lineup for once but that will probably never happen.

Sure would be nice if an OTA diginet would show Golden Girls. Seems odd none by now have shown it. With Laff showing Empty Nest at one point, you would think they would show Golden Girls too.

I'm not. MeTV has wider coverage and is more diverse of a network, than Rewind TV, so from that angle, it's better fit that it went to MeTV.

Rewind is just focused in the 80s/90s sitcoms, but more than half the shows weren't as popular than Full House. Shows like Becker, Caroline in the City, Dear John, Hogan Family - all inferior and bottom of the barrel. The other half of shows were older and more aged, so to speak - Family Ties, Facts of Life.

The Official Launch date of Full House is Febuary 20 it just got bump up due to the tribute to Bob

nick@niTe had Full House on at such a bad time slot for so long I can’t remember. I can tell you though the entire full opening and full theme song aired and the ending credits fully airred.

That would be a better idea since Gilligan's island is off. They should have another show with Bob Denver in it.

nick@nite cut out ending credits and replaced it with not so screen end credits that's been like this since 2012 (above it was the any Nick or nick@nite promo), not just Full House, but all nick@nite shows nowadays.

Since the rebrand in 2009 for nick@nite has been known to cut out ending credits of shows (except Full House, Full House had briefly returned Oct 2010-2011) and used split screen credits generally.
Full House between those airings like from 2003-2011 to my knowledge, they did air those full Full House end credits, but it stopped when nick@nite rejoined Full House in fall 2012.

nick@nite full house opening credits can be shown on youtube for all season 8 seasons if you're interested you can check this out.

The only times Full House in late night slots, were in late 2000s I cant remember exactly, and between 2010-2011, mid 2010s along with Full House also airing in primetime. 2019 returned primetime (only lasted May-Jun 2019) in addition to late night slots that would continue until end of nick@nite run in late Sept 2021


nick@nite edits of Full House were mostly the same for its run, so Im asking this if ME-TV have different edits?
When Hallmark joined around 2018, the edits were way different than nick@nite version.

Hallmark version of Full House had three commercial breaks between. Nick@nite only had one commercial break between.

How about cut down Saved by the Bell to an hour (30 minutes each.) It doesn't need 6 hours (30 minutes each.)?

Brady Bunch hour (30 minutes each.) it doesn't need 4 hour (30 minutes each.)

The Flintstone 30 minutes each, not hour and a half.

Jetson 30 minutes each.

Gilligan Island 30 minutes each.

Full house 30 minutes each.

Laverne and Shirley 30 minutes each (I watch it then they took it off, never got it watch it full.)

Love Boat- stay with the hour show.

I agree. That’s where Me TV started loosing different shows it started Doubling episodes.

Me-TV shows for Full House are different prints than nick@nite ones. Lowercase captions and exact captions and verbatim.

That jitter probably has to do with an HD conversion stepped back down to SD.

These videotaped sitcoms don't have enough resolution for HD conversion.

IMHO, Full House doesn't really fit with the Me-TV lineup. It's a whole different era and tone more like Antenna and Rewind shows. The Bradys to Gilligan had a natural flow.

I think youre right stevea, that might be to convert to HD, could have jittery issues for Hallmark, and now especially GAC Family too.
