11:07 is the pertinent time stamp.
From WCIA PM Magazine (January 1, 1986), Gleason recalls a moment when a set wall fell on Art Carney and the show had to stop. Never recall hearing about this one. Any guess when, where or what show was involved?
Or, could this be just one of those jumbled memories from a long career of live and filmed television? A stretch on the ol' "wall fell down" bit during the episode with the kitchen gadget? A bit of lore, like the fabled "orange peeling" scene?

The only time I can think of is the ending of “Better Living Through TV” when Ralph accidentally Knicks down the wall. That wasn’t planned.
In a 1995 interview that was shown on the 2002 50th Anniversary special, Art says he pushed Jackie into the wall through the video proves otherwise.

Ralph knocking the wall down was the one I thought of, too. Gleason looked positively shocked but played it off!

Gleason is saying they only had to stop once.
Yes cloggedmind, my best guess about this is probably a jumbled memory from a long career of live TV.
So there are 5 Audrey Meadows Lost Episodes still missing.
& the 'Carney peeling the orange' and "Carney having to come thru the window' most likely come from one of these 5 missing shows. These incidents were clearly written about in newspapers at the time they occurred.
This leaves this incident (if it happened as he says it did) is probably one of the following scenarios...
1) If it happened during a live "Jackie Gleason Show"/"Lost Episode"
he could be thinking of another sketch other than The Honeymooners.
My best guess would be a Reggie Van Gleason or Rudy The Repairman,
Carney appeared in almost every one of these sketches as well.
or 2)
He's confusing it with the C39 "Better Living Through TV" when they both fell on the wall. & maybe they did have to film this twice because of this incident and the scene we see is in fact the refilled scene.
Because the way he says "they had to stop", my thinking is it's the C39, because the Lost Episodes were live and there was no stopping.
