That is very interesting. When I make this post I will be 970, almost a senior member

I'm not exactly thrilled to be "demoted" from senior member to a pedestrian sounding "3K Club Member"

3K sounds too much like KKK if you get my drift.

Seems like they could come up with a more prestigious sounding title like "Obergruppenfuhrer" or something nifty like that....

I remember the over powering aroma of onions driving through that area in late summer. My sister in law lived in Porterville, so that was drive-thru territory for us.

I heard you get a fancy commemorative pin, a stiff handshake from a member of the 3000 club, and your name gets posted up on the bulletin board in the basement of TJ's second favorite delicatessen - but due to cut-backs some of this may no longer be part of the program.

I had to play games all over this site to reach my senior status. Only took me 8 years to reach it. I doubt the site will still be functioning in 24 years for me to reach the KKK club.
